Yarlap® Shipping Methods

Shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States is free! Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped same day on business days (next business day if they are bought on a weekend or holiday) and typically arrive in 3 business days in the continental United States. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Your Yarlap® will be shipped to you in an unmarked, privately shipped brown box that is not labeled with our logo. Not even the UPS guy will know that it is from us. Confidentiality guaranteed.

  • Third Day & Ground: $7.50 flat rate
  • 2nd Day: $29.95 flat rate
  • Overnight: $65.95 flat rate

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Our return policy elapses after 60 calendar days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this deadline. To complete your return, you must call our number +1 (614) 568-7000 to obtain an authorization number (RGA). This RGA number must be displayed boldly on the outside of your return package.

If the number is not written boldly on the outside of the package, we have the right to refuse the return package. The RGA code is valid for 14 calendar days from creation and postage must be stamped within this time frame. If your code expires and your Yarlap System is still eligible for returns, you will have to call again for another RGA code.

We do not provide return shipping labels. The Yarlap System cost only is refunded (the overseas postage premium and other specialty premium postage requests are not refunded). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We only accept items in their original condition. Relevium Labs, Inc. may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse or unlawful or other manipulative behavior. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yarlap.com and please send your Yarlap® to us.

Due to COVID, we have a 4 day quarantine day where we do not touch the returns before we initiate the look over to give back the refunds. It now typically takes about 7-10 days for the refunds to be credited.

For return, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

If a return authorization is issued but an individual item(s) is not returned, the value of the absent item(s) as delineated on the web site order page for an individual purchase of the item or a minimum of $5.00, whichever is greater, plus the item’s individual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped same day on business days (next business day if they are bought on a weekend or holiday) and arrive in 3 business days in the continental United States. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

All purchases are subject to verification with the financial institution and/or card holder, which may take up to 5 business days for approval. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. All orders confirmed before 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays). All purchases are subject to verification with the financial institution and/or cardholder.

  • Ground Shipping is a flat rate of: $9.95

Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $13. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $13.

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.

We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping for $9. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please email us at info@yarlap.com or call +1 (614) 568-7000 if you have any questions or concerns

Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $13. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $13.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at www.ups.com.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address (or think you did), please call +1 (614) 568-7000 so we can edit that before we ship it out! Once your package has shipped UPS charges an $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
